Thank you for shopping at NIA Luxe. We want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. If you are not satisfied with your order, we are here to assist you with our return policy.

Returns We accept returns within 30 days from the date of purchase. To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused, undamaged, and in its original packaging. It should also be accompanied by the original receipt or proof of purchase.

Exchanges If you received a defective or damaged item, we will gladly exchange it for a new one. Please contact our customer support team at [email protected] within 48 hours of receiving the item to initiate the exchange process.

Return Process To initiate a return, please follow these steps:
- Contact our customer support team at [email protected] to inform them about your intention to return the item. Provide your order details and the reason for the return.
- Our customer support team will guide you through the return process and provide you with a return authorization number (RA number) if applicable.
- Pack the item securely in its original packaging, including all accessories and tags.
- Include the original receipt or proof of purchase.
- Clearly write the RA number on the outside of the package.
- Ship the package to the address provided by our customer support team. Please note that the return shipping costs will be your responsibility unless the return is due to a defective or damaged item.

Refunds Once we receive and inspect the returned item, we will notify you of the status of your refund. If your return is approved, we will initiate a refund to your original payment method. Please note that it may take some time for the refund to be processed and for the funds to be reflected in your account.

- Sale or clearance items (unless defective or damaged)

Return Shipping You will be responsible for paying the shipping costs for returning your item unless the return is due to a defective or damaged item. Shipping costs are non-refundable.
